Hi, I’m Bahaa
I grew up in a world of duality where I didn’t know where I belonged. My Lebanese immigrant parents wanted me to ascribe to old-world beliefs and practices while I was living in a western world.
I was the kid with the “exotic” lunchbox (labneh and kafta, anyone?) surrounded by PB&J sandwiches. Yup…that’s a unibrow in that pic 😬 I didn’t exactly blend in. That sense of being “different” didn’t just make me feel like an outsider—it taught me what deep disconnection and loneliness look and feel like.
But here’s the twist: it’s because I’ve felt deep disconnection that I understand where others are coming from.
Why am I dedicated to ending loneliness
The stats show that…
70% of employees feel disengaged in their work.
58% of American adults report feeling lonely.
That’s not ok
Determined to make a change
I became a certified trainer and facilitator.
Armed with certifications from various organizations, empathy rooted in my own experiences, and a unique skill set, I set out to create spaces where people genuinely feel safe to connect.
My journey inspired my mission: to bring people together in ways that feel real, joyful, and downright fun.
And now
For the last seven years, I’ve been designing experiences that break down barriers, spark creativity, and turn teams into connection powerhouses.
Whether it’s a team-building flash mob that gets your team moving in sync or custom-designed connection workshops that builds trust, I make team building feel less like work and more like play.
I tackle the tough stuff—communication breakdowns, lack of trust, and low morale while educating teams on how to have healthy conflict —with a dash of fun!
Through my work, I hope to inspire a world with more connection and less loneliness—one team, one experience, and one joyful moment at a time.
Since I’ve got your curiosity
Check out my TEDx Salt Lake City talk for practical and actionable ways to infuse more playful connection into your workplace.
When I’m not orchestrating joyful moments, you’ll probably find me dancing (yes, even in the grocery store aisle), telling dad jokes or exploring new team building activities to help us thrive—not just at work, but in life.
Let’s make your team unstoppable—and have a blast doing it.
